  2. Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your original order invoice and the RA number.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.


Upon receiving your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
